On 26 October the Institute for Foreign Affairs and Trade is organizing a Dialogue Workshop ’Mapping Migration Challenges in the EU Transit and Destination Countries’. The Workshop is held in the framework of the project ’Support to dialogues, political and economic research and studies of the Euro-Mediterranean-partnership’ co-financed by the European Union and the IEMed (European Institute of the Mediterranean).

Within the project, the IFAT is responsible for the management and coordination of the ’Working Package on Mapping Migration Challenges in the EU Transit and Destination Countries’.  This Working Package aims to provide a Joint Policy Study, which consists of six studies on the situation of the transit and the destination countries of migration, from the perspective of Sweden, Germany, Austria, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia and the relevant European Union’s policies.

The Working Package is led by Erzsébet N. Rózsa, external researcher of the Institute and Zsuzsanna Csornai, researcher and project manager of IFAT is in charge of project coordination.
